Let’s celebrate February like the Anglo-Saxons did! They called this month Sol-monath—meaning “cake month” or “the month of cakes”—and shared them with the gods. Yum! At this hands-on, family-friendly program, we’ll read a cake story, then “dump” into our pans all the ingredients needed to make a decadent chocolate cake. You’ll take it home to bake—the only thing you’ll need to add is the milk!
