Event Details

New Jersey Makers Day inspires and activates libraries across the state to showcase and highlight STEM and maker culture, enhancing life-long learning.

Drop by the Library Meeting Room any time during the morning session to do a project just for teens! (Advance online registration required.)

Projects: Bristle Bots & Button Maker

While you're at the library, visit the Children's Library to meet and take photos with our new library robot! One little problem...it doesn't have a name. We need your help! Enter your best name idea--our staff will choose their favorite entry and we'll announce it on social media. All entries will also be included in a raffle for a super cool robot-themed prize!

Open to Heggan Library cardholders only. Advance online registration is required. If this program is full, please call the children’s library at 856-589-3334, x223 to register for the wait list.
